Buyer terms:

• 1. You agree that the address provided by you is the correct address for receiving the shipment by a third party shipping company upon the delivery of the order in addition to the amount of the order purchased.
• 2. Payment: cash on delivery. The buyer agrees of paying the shipping company upon the delivery of the order.
• 3. Refund / Exchange policy is set by each seller and is not the responsibility of mavericks marketplace.
• 4. Mavericks is a marketplace comprised of individual third¬-party sellers who run their own shops, create their own policies, and are responsible for their inventory, shipments, and complying with the law. We provide a venue, but mavericks does not manufacture goods, hold inventory, or ship items on behalf of our sellers. The content uploaded on mavericks marketplace is generated by independent sellers who are not employees, agents, or representatives of maverikcs. Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights to their content and that they are not infringing or violating any third party’s rights by posting it.
• 5. Delivery: delivery time is set by each seller, if a there is delay it is not the responsibility of mavericks marketplace.
• 6. If the the shipment is damaged in anyway, mavericks marketplace will do its best to help resolve the issue and exchange the product or refund.
• 7. If the buyer rejects the order upon delivery, it will be returned to the seller. However, the buyer will pay the delivery fees of 3jds to the courier.
