Seller terms:

• What can be sold on Mavericks marketplace:
• Handmade items are items that are made and/or designed by you, the seller.
• Designers — sellers who design their items but rely entirely on outside assistance or another business to help physically produce them
• Vintage items must be at least 20 years old.


• The following explanations cannot be used to verify an item as vintage:
• The item was handed down from a relative who has been deceased for over twenty years.
• Another vintage seller is selling the same item or a similar item in their shop.
• The item was purchased at an estate sale or yard sale.


• Craft Supplies are tools, ingredients, or materials whose primary purpose is for use in the creation of an item or special occasion. Craft supplies may be handmade, commercial, or vintage. Party supplies may also be sold as craft supplies.


• Age: you must at least be 18 years old to sell or buy on Mavericks marketplace.


• Prohibited items:
• Re-selling.
• Counterfit products that violate intellectual property.
• Alcohol, Tobacco, Drugs, Drug Paraphernalia, Medical Drugs and Device.
• Dangerous Items: Hazardous Materials, Recalled Items, and Weapons Illegal Items, Items Promoting Illegal Activity, and Highly Regulated Items Nudity and Mature Content Violent Items: Items that Promote, Support, or Glorify Violence Rentals.
• Rentals.


• Mavericks is a marketplace comprised of individual third¬-party sellers who run their own shops, create their own policies, and are responsible for their inventory, shipments, and complying with the law. We provide a venue, but Mavericks does not manufacture goods, hold inventory, or ship items on behalf of our sellers. The content uploaded on Mavericks marketplace is generated by independent sellers who are not employees, agents, or representatives of maverikcs. Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights to their content and that they are not infringing or violating any third party’s rights by posting it.


• Mavericks reserves the right to disable any listing, shop, or account that we believe violates our Terms of Use, including this Intellectual Property Policy or ou Prohibited Items Policy. Mavericks also reserves the right to take action against abusers of Mavericks Intellectual Property Policy or our Terms of Use. Mavericks can’t speak on behalf of intellectual property owners, nor is Mavericks in a position to offer legal advice or make legal determinations whether a shop’s content infringes someone else’s intellectual property. Mavericks will remove material cited for alleged intellectual property infringement when provided with a report that complies with


• Shipping:
• Mavericks is not responsible about third party shipping companies. Mavericks is not responsible if a shipment gets lost or damaged in any way as this is the sole reponsibility of the courier.
• However, maverikcks marketplace will do their best to ensure that shipping is on time and to the correct address


• Payments:
• Listing products is completely free, by agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that a 7% comission will be paid to Mavericks marketplace of the total sale price

• Payments will be sent within three days to the seller's preferred payment choice.


• Refund/Exchange policy:
• Each seller sets his own refund/exchange policy. Mavericks marketplace is not responsible for this process.
• In case of any dispute maverikcs marketplace will intermediate to attempt to resolve the situation taking into consideration both parties claims.


• By selling on Mavericks, you agree that you will:
• 1. Provide honest, accurate information to Mavericks and in your About section.
• 2. Honor your Shop Policies such as: delivery time, images, price, fees
• 3. Ensure your shop content, such as any text, photos or videos used to represent yourself, your shop or your listings, abide by Mavericks’s policies, including our Anti-Discrimination Policy.
• 4. Accurately represent your items in listings and listing photos.
• 5. Respect the intellectual property of others. If you feel someone has violated your intellectual property rights,you can report it to Mavericks to take action.
• 6. Not engage in fee avoidance.
• 7. Not create duplicate shops or take any other action (such as manipulating clicks, carts or sales) for the purpose of shilling, manipulating search or circumventing Mavericks's policies.
• 8. Not coordinate pricing with other sellers.
• 9. If you are unable to complete an order, you must notify the buyer and cancel the order
• 10. Reviews are a great way for you to build a reputation on Mavericks. Buyers can leave a review,
• 11. Mavericks has the right to take action in disputes by refund if the seller is not cooperating or providing solutions to the buyer
• 12. Mavericks has the right to close the store if there is no cooperation or if the store fails to meet the standards of their store.
• 13. the seller must not attempt in any way to avoid comission to Mavericks marketplace platform by making a deal with the buyer that came through Mavericks marketplace marketing and platform.


• By agreeing to these terms, you accept that Mavericks Marketplace has the right to use the images you upload for marketing purposes through the platform and social media and any necessary tools to help market growth.
• If in any case, the courrier couldn’t deliver the order for any reason, the order will be cancelled and the order will be returned to the seller.
• The Seller sets the refund/exchange policy, however, If the buyer refuses to accept the order upon delivery, the order will be cancelled, returned to the seller and the buyer will pay the delivery fees.
